Principle:

●The products delivered from the upstream conveyor belt enter the metering conveyor belt in a neat and evenly spaced manner through the induction conveyor belt.

●When the product passes through the photoelectric sensor located at the front end of the measuring conveyor belt, the weight detection machine begins to measure the product.

●During the period when the product passes through the measuring conveyor belt, the weight sensor completes the measurement operation of the product and displays the measurement data to the operation department.

●The microcomputer compares the displayed measurement data with the preset benchmark value, upper limit value, and lower limit value, and distinguishes between genuine, overweight, and light defective products. Non genuine products will be selected by the sorting section, and information from various measurement operations can be output to the statistical printer.
