Primary Use:

This equipment is mainly used for the automatic cartoning of 1ML×10 pcs/2ML×10 pcs/5ML×5 pcs/5ML×6 pcs/injections and similar articles which have been put into pallets or blisters.

Performance Characteristics:

1. The main control components of the whole equipment adopt Siemens brand.

2. Frequency conversion and speed regulation, PLC automatic control system. 

3. 7.0-inch 256-color man-machine interface operating system is adopted, which automatically displays the performance parameters such as cartoning speed and quantity, as well as the causes of faults and methods of operation and maintenance. 

4. It can realize the adjustment and use of multiple specifications in the same equipment within the specified range.

5. Manual and automatic conversion function.

6. synchronized completion of the manual folding cartoning function, folding mode for the pair of folding, zigzag folding, I folding. (Optional)

7. Synchronized printing of three rows of batch numbers on the box. (Optional)

8. equipped with automatic detection system, on-line rejection function for cartons with missing books. (Optional)

9. Seal the carton in two ways: locking type and adhesive type. (Optional)

10. there is a second conveyor feeding mode, to prevent breaking the needle products.

11. there is a tray in place detection function to prevent the needle from breaking. 

12. The machine can be connected with the front and rear end related equipment.
